It's not safe to turn that off, if you have opened your server before then it should appear in the cache list of some players. They will be able to join without U.S.G.N. Id, unless you haven't done port-forwarding yet.

Edit: Doesn't seem to be that easy. I'm trying to fix it.

Edit²: Oh I see... stupid kids flooding the master server again with UDP packets. Very funny.
