No, I think there's no script that will make the NPC find the player.

So, it's not possible to do it. Only way to do it with a fully scripted NPC like Tibia.

If you mean CS2D NPC when saying "normal NPC", you are wrong. NPC are images, you can simply change their position with lua commands.
