That's why I'll get it 1 year after its release, when it's cheaper, has already good games for it (GTA V will probably be re-released for the PS4) and is stable (already has software and hardware fixes). Heck, I could even wait until they release the "Slim" version like they did with PS2 [I got it] and PS3.

No, I've seen on multiple sites, the PS4 won't be backwards compatible. The PS3 GTA V may, however, be release digitally in the PS4 Store if they're too lazy to make a disc PS4 version.

I also read that, but "server-side emulation and streaming" is referring to digital gaming and not disk, right?

While this is true, rockstar didn't release read dead on pc (presumably and anti-piracy measure) and the gta iv pc port was crap (again maybe an anti-piracy measure.) I just they put some time into a GTA V pc port but I do understand why pc hasn't been the top of Rockstar's focus in the last couple years.
On the other hand, MP3 and La Noire received good pc

False, rockstar might've actually sold less copies of Red Dead had they released it for the pc. It definitely wouldn't have been worth the effort.

Once again, anti-piracy stuff. if they released the pc game on release date everyone would pirate it. Now you have to chose between getting it early or waiting to get it free (of course you can still pay for the pc version.)

LA Noire for PC is the ultimate shabby console port. I think I haven't seen port worse than this.

Yeah, you're right, La noire's port was pretty bad (i just played it) but since so few people played it wasn't high on the priority list. Max Payne 3 on pc was amazing tho.
