CS2D Doesn't allow most special charecters.
The actual CS2D font doesn't allow arabic
Just changing the font to a arabic one will work

DC decides to implement it. For now we just have to rely on other foreign languages. I also believe you could override a language with your own. That's if you can't add further languages and have to edit pre-existing ones. I haven't tested this myself but I think that it's possible. Try doing that and see if you could get arabic on CS2D, else we can only hope to see arabic on CS2D. Why not start a skype chat instead and speak arabic there while playing with your friends?
Cs2d has only latin alphabet.
And that is enough.
