Wait... is that server running on your own system or somewhere else? 'cause the time on your screen (since it's a Lua script) is server-side and cannot detect a client's system time.

Since Lua accesses your OS for the time, it should change whenever your OS's time changes (if the server is running on your system, which apparently isn't the case).

Something with country detection through IP address and a time zone table should do though (not entirely accurate however, as many countries have multiple time zones).

Designing a website to me is quite simple. In my opinion it's far more simple than Lua scripting.
