English pt tibia restarting my level

old closed pt tibia restarting my level

I play 2 tibias. PT and the weirdozgames one. The weirdo's was always the same level but my pt tibia one which was level 39 got restarted. Then yesterday i tried to level up and got to lvl 24. Today, a little update was made and now my account is reseted again. However, my friend was always the same level as he was before. Wdf?
