After some days playing normally,the server lags and say "Connection Problem",but just for me!The other players are playing normally,but the server not appears in the Internet for me and when I try to enter by IP dont work too...
Only lan works(LAN = No U.S.G.N.,and I need U.S.G.N. because some LUA scripts)

What I do now?

that's a very strange and uncommon behavior.

• restart the server.
• check your local environment for tools/programs which might block your connection to the server or influence the connection in a bad way

the strangest thing about this problem is that other players can still play normally on that server...

The No-IP its ok,no problems...
