mayby ask the hoster of "warfighter" mayby he gave a server to help starting the romania wave in cs2d

Noone would ever give you a FREE root or v-server, unless it's not a beta server, or it's too bad to even play cs2d on it.

You'll need to be able to shell out at least $120 a year for a crappy, 70% uptime server. If you want a free dedicated server, just host it on your PC and never turn it off. I'm willing to bet that any internet connection you're currently on will be tons better then one from a free vps...
