First.
Tips for other skins you make in the future:
1.Don't copy-paste skins (you did 2 and copy-pasted as I see it)
2.Fill every pixel accordingly (missing some black dots)
3.Work on shade (I see that it has shade, but hat shade is too dark and small, it looks flat. also, hands should have shade on the side as hat has plus you may add shade to the neck a little..)
4.Add glossiness to the hat (it looks flat)
5.Use normal cs2s style hands (because any other look weird)
6.Do Zombie looking skin (for boxing mod - someone may make it or I will...)
Also post some in-game screens.

Idk, for the first one and made with paint, it looks good.

Cool skin for being ur first one! but u can always do better, try to add more shade and detail to the arms..
