Native replacement:

install:
just copy the native.b3d and native2.jpg on to your gfx folder

change the line for the native animation found in unit.inf at the sys folder to this one:
ani_move=2,28,0.5
ani_attack=29,32,0.3
ani_die=48,50,0.09
ani_idle1=33,39,0.1
ani_idle2=39,43,0.1
ani_idle3=44,47,0.12
loopmoveani=1

i also include the milshake model just in case you want to make custom animation yourself.

you can use this model for your mod only for stranded 2 game only
just dont forget to credit

credit:

Nice work, but looks much to realistic. That doesn't fit to the comic-like style of SII which I personally like that much.

This is a great model. But, (in my opinion), the animation is too "jumpy." That means the first animation jumps to the second animation too quickly. 4 stars!

this is just a hobby, I've been trying to make games but i don't know how to code so i messed up with the graphic . i love stranded 2 so much that i have bunch of idea for it but I'm to afraid to floored on the forum, so i guess i just release model for it and let's see what it might come up with.
