So I've been seeing other guys and gals releasing their scopes for pointers, and I thought I might as well release my own take on the whole "realistic pointers" thing!
Took me about an hour or two, the final 15 minutes screwing about to make the render ^__~

If you want a precision pointer and find that these are a little hard to use (don't see why), but I have uploaded a precision pointer a while ago, here:

us TO INSTALL THE MOD:
Simply open the *.zip file, and then extract the "gfx" folder from within any of the zipped option folders within (such as "wtype ironsight" or "Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight") to your CS2D directory, and accept that you want to overwrite the files that already exist.

They don't need to have alpha channel, unless dots are big. Maybe it is harder to aim in the center of head for example, but on most of the servers it's unneeded.

Btw, you should not first rate 3/5 and some hours later find a good explain for it.

Ok so i will explain my rate:
1st pionter is good but pointers that have red dot must have alpha channel! But in pointer it's impossible so that was bad idea.
Acog scope too needs alpha channel to look nice so... ACOG and Reflector + half tube is bad idea to pointers and svd scope is good

PS. I can't speak english very well so don't shout at me.
I don't like when i moving cursor and pointer isn't rotatning but it's only moving. So i prefer normal pointers i said i can't speak in English

I must say that you did well. Especially I like Half tube RDS thingy. Bad thing those pointers are quite useless as:
Iron sights and SVD - you can "lost" them at black tiles.
others - I like to clearly see center of pointer. Here I can't.

Pointers are hard to rate as they are small and it is hard to make functional and good looking one. I think that DC should change it's format into .png.

I JUST PREFER YOUR **... PRECISION POINTER,AND U KNOW WHY BECAUSE YOU MADE IT...

PD:The only i think looks "a bit good"(or atleast usable) is the reflector.

Now Wriggle is someone to listen to, instead of posting "actually, i prefer the precision pointer" or "it's bad", Wriggle here provides content as to why it is bad, explains things, gives CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM that Anperm and Bully would do well to follow as a lead.

And I have to agree with you on that, the RDS is certainly not my favourite. I will be working on that issue.

Look, i don't want to insult you, but the RDS looks like ass, The Shading is bad, it should have either only Black or White, having both of them in one makes them confusing to look at, but otherwise, pretty good
