Save system bug fixed (if any bugs appear, i will change the save system)

New ranks: Super Moderator and Moderator.
Language file! You can edit the script's language to your own language (For informations, you must click to "How to Use").
Editable hats.lua and maps.lua. You can edit all easily (For informations, you must click to "How to Use").
You can change text and name colors in Say Settings menu.

Cursor functions using 3rd serveraction. If you select anything, you can spawn it by pressing 3rd serveraction.
Mute system fixed. No bugs in this system.
Unnecessary lines are removed. So lag is reduced.
Paint mode removed. Because its increase the lag on the server.
Funny menu removed (too many bugs).
"Load script" button removed.
"Spawn Explosion" and "Spawn Effect" removed.
My "[Scripter]" tag removed. I hope some people will be happy for it.

Setup

Extract all files to main CS2D folders.

Make Admin Yourself

Open the CS2D folders. And go to "sys/lua/". Open the server.lua. Find this code in header:
Change the xxxxx to your usgn. You are Admin now.

Add/Edit Hats

Open the sys/lua/theadmin/ folders and open the hats.lua. You can edit or add hats. For example:
You must put the "#" on heading.
My Hat is your hat name.
gfx/myfolder/myimage.png is hat's image path. You can use this way to adding hats.

Add/Edit Maps

You can add or edit the maps. Open the sys/lua/theadmin/ folders and open the maps.lua. Maps must be cumulatively added in this file.

Yes, you can edit the script's language. Open the sys/lua/theadmin/ folders and open the language.lua. You can edit a line like this:
You will edit the "Next". LANG["next"] is a value. So you will edit the "Next". Also the word must be in quotation marks (" ").
