I don't think it is. Nothing special, no shade - two colors + contour only, drop image is resized from this "something", that fires and got pipe from old flamethrower... So, it deserves a 1.5/5. Because here's not that amount of stars, I'll give you 2, nothing more. Maybe try to do something, that is good. ( I don't believe that story with your "brother", cause your and your "brother's" skins looks like they're maked by one hand)
