Hm... @-xX-ClTr-PublicEnemyXx- you NEED creativity, because most people edit the metal slug avatars.. so, it's creativity anyways...

were50, It not resize, maybe I'll add gif animation how I do what image, but in short, yes I resize image but for example backround wpn and paint it in one colour, then I make palette with colours (photoshop), then make simple shades and light make-up :D(paint), then again use photoshop for make more good detail, then I do skin more realistic (paint), then I recolor skin for any type. Done - I'll upload file on site

@Zeroarcanus If you look closely, especially at the scope, you can kind of tell. But I don't know for sure so I'm not rating this.
