This plugin allows you to register your U.S.G.N. ID in a server so that you can login even when the U.S.G.N. servers are offline!
Once you have registered an account (which does require you to actually be logged in), you can then use the command
!usgnregister
to register your U.S.G.N. ID to a given password. Whenever the U.S.G.N. service is offline you can login by using !usgnlogin
and change your password with !usgnpassword
.Administrators can change your password for you by using the Y.A.T.E.S command

This plugin also features automatic login. If enabled and your IP matches any IP which has a registered U.S.G.N. ID then you are automatically logged in to that account. This feature is disabled by default, people can exploit this feature so use at your own risk.
This plugin also has three actions:

id, usgn, change
Triggers when a player registers a U.S.G.N. ID.

id, usgn
Triggers when a player logs in to a U.S.G.N. account

id, usgn
Triggers when a player logs in to a U.S.G.N. account automatically on join
But wait! What about things like
player(id, "usgn")
- will these still work?

Because most people are even unable to write a single line of script, an idiot-protection of a some sort.

VADemon: The reason for this is because it's simply impossible to encrypt them without anyone simply decrypting them. A server owner has access to the script, an admin to the !lua command, and other scripters can easily use the same decrypt function to read them anyway. There is no point, so why bother?

U.S.G.N [OFFLINE SERVICE] (9) though. The script nearly does the exact result like this one but it's indeed great and suitable for the Y.A.T.E.S. administration framework - as it is intended as a plugin obviously.

RIP-HereRestsPlookerbooy: Everyone can currently see your U.S.G.N. ID by hovering over your name in the TAB display list. It's been there since the last few updates.
This script cannot fully make CS2D recognize a U.S.G.N. ID as your own. I trick CS2D into believing it's yours via Lua for the server you are currently on.
Edit: Yes, administrators can see your passwords if they would like to. But these passwords are not and should not be the same as your actual U.S.G.N. password. It is up to you to decide what your password should be for that server and that U.S.G.N. ID.

Doesn't that mean Administrators can see our USGNs, and it won't be private anymore?

Jite: What I mean is that if someone is DoSing US.de then you cannot login and thus cannot administrate your server. I just realized the last sentence is confusing and is basically the same as the first
