Hello USGN, remember me ? Yeah... It's Me, Mommy123. Well... Some people think i don't have good skill to make map. Really ? I will give you, my best map ever, i call it "Red Army Prison" Fuuuuck, really strange name ! Well... I ask my friends about nice name for my map. He say "How Red Army Prison, it's cool name for me" (Indonesian version). I don't have much choose, so i accept that suggestion. I know this is not good name for my Jail Map, sorry. Ok... Let's talk about map content :

Sorry... I don't want add lever in cell 5, and hide stairs

So you still haven't put sfx in correct folder, please do it.
And you haven't added lever for cell 5 and didn't hide the stairs. All these spoils the secret ways and thus decreasing the fun.

Looks nice, big, it really shows that you've spent time to make it.
But, there're basic mistakes:
- In a "workroom" the box breakable effect is stone, instead of wood
- The too obvious secret ways/places which were mentioned before ( or I have no yellow fart what is this)
- DynWall please instead of normal, visible walls
- "Doorkill!" This is a significant problem on a jail maps, causes further accidents, teamkills and freekills. It might be better to remake the doors.
- There's a way to get there from somewhere, but you have nothing to do with it.
Summarize all; I would like to play on it, but in my opinion, you were a little hasty on things.

Ts have to break a shitton of crates, destroy a turret, and solve some short puzzles to get to the exit of the escape route from cell 8. CTs can just gather at that point.
If there were multiple exits at least, that would be great. I mean, the T doesn't have a choice. Either go that way and get rekt or stay in the cell.
The moving platform on toxic waste thing for example is a good challenge. It's just you and your movement. Breaking a linear path of boxes with a high amount of health isn't hard, it's time consuming and obnoxious, and the reward doesn't pay off.

I have to admit, this isn't even half-bad. There are some clever elements you put in there, and visually it doesn't suck either.
I feel like breaking out takes too much time. You might wanna decrease the health of the breakable walls a bit. By the time the Ts broke out, the CTs already have them cornered by the exit. Generally, it's just really too time consuming to break out. CTs can catch up in no time, unless they don't know the layout.
Wish the English wasn't broken too. That ruins it a bit.
Also, only when opening the VIP cell, a notification pops up. Why only the VIP cell? Shouldn't it be for all cells?
And why is the sports room the only room which has a label? Would help if all rooms could get a label, to make communication easier. "A T escaped and is heading towards [insert room name here]".
Almost forgot to mention, I dislike the many ways the map can kill you and you wouldn't expect it. The weirdly colored teamgates for example, the doors can kill you when you close them, the water is deadly too, I expected obstacles without shadows.
Some more minor things: The tile in the CT spawn armory is soundless, and for some reason you used the blast door tile for the toilet doors. Remember kids, in case of fire: Hide inside the toilet. The door protects you from it, no worries.
It's good. I like the many extra rooms in which you can play minigames, like in the original CS jail. It has more problems I would like to point out, but I'm too lazy. But you are on the right track. Good job.
