Well, Hi guys and this is my old skin, the SL-8!

It's an old skin, I can tell you that and it's approx. 2 years old.
I did a lil' cleaning and added some rails on the sights and voila! A new skin again.

@user Sparty: He just mean the "Comments" can be used also to help the respective user to improve his/her respective file if there's missed something or pointing flaws, etc.
I don't see anything in particular that is Off-Topic or something that it don't fit in a situation, file, etc by pointing it's flaws and such.

In other words, user Rainoth is right at this point.

Maybe you smoked too much gunja and you was distracted.

Draw it as *.png with alpha channel and compression but save as *.bmp. CS2D works with BMP,PNG,JPEG formats and check only file name.
Try to draw black outline with 50% of transparency - in game it looks better.

It make image more smooth - as you know there is effect of DOF (Depth of field) so it do your skin more realistic and correct.

Too smooth, too light details as other skins of this author.
Skin is painted on a pink background so its edges are brown. No quality "in hands" and "drop" skins.
Skin of weapons is not only buymenu image.
