You would have to make a custom modification with the functionalities that the script provides.

Can you combine this script with other scripts like a RP or a Zombie script?

Edit: I re-uploaded the script with a file with the code inside, you can rename it to your usgn id.
Example: 10464.txt

so I did and
I have created in the sys/lua/admin/data Notepad with my usgn id-114940 and put the line srank and stowner
run cs2d
in the new game chose the name of the script which I changed
start the server and I'm not the administrator of =(
P.s-and to add to the script line dofile(..)?

Look at the description, you have to make a file with your usgn id and put a code inside that file then put this file on sys/lua/admin/data/ folder.
