Sorry, but you never gave a describtion... Going into these big projects you NEED to know your goal. Why do you make this? What is the point? What is the end result gonna be?
If this is a complete makeover, what is the theme going to be?

To be honest, this sounds like something that will never be finished:

ex. [Unfinished] Fallout New Vegas Skin Pack, Fallout Wars - CS2D Mod, [PAUSED] Tibia [super edited], etc.

The only mod that I think was ever successful was EngiN33R's TF2 mod (BETA 3.3.1) (83), CS2DTibia - RPG (266), and others.

You should really do this on your own. There are lots of "generous" people on this forum but I doubt you will get enough help. Your progress really hasn't evolved to the point where you can start asking for help. /rant

Nevertheless, if there happens to be any part involving scripts I think I can help.

@ Rumine: Excuse me? My mod was unfinished and I'm still working on it. I haven't done anything last week on it because I was sick, although my mod was going to be finished - just be patience. Don't expect that a big mod would be finished in only 3-4 weeks.
