@1shot1kill: as TheKilledDeath said: this limit is necessary due to attacks performed by retarded kids which are bored. these attacks are like DDOS attacks and they massively slow down the whole USGN. it's easy to perform those attacks on the USGN because it is a low cost service hosted on a rather weak server (because the games are free and faster servers are too expensive). unlike steam and other professional and commercial networks which are hosted on dozens of highspeed servers with the best highend hardware available (you would need a big network to perform an effective DDOS attack on that).
however the system allows limit exceptions for IPs. Send me a PM/Mail with the IP(s) and I'll probably add an exception for your IP. However it's necessary that 5 servers are up and running over a longer period (with that IP) to avoid abuse of that.

sv_lan is set to 0
server ip is found on cs2d.com
you are able to connect to the server by joining by IP
after joining by IP, the server is visible on the ingame server list
the connection is pretty good (20 ms ping playing)
the server is communicating with the U.S.G.N. main server and everything looks alright. (at least the log say so)
So any ideas, what could be the problem?
since the ip appears in ingame server list as read ip means that the server got added to usgn. Also you can connect per ip to the server that means that the server ahs extrem high packetloss OR you server dont answers correctly to info requests.
you should try a php server viewer maybe it show unnormal behaviors there too.
BTW Nice to see you again Reaper. Its been a while.
looks like your server is behind a device with NAT (router in most cases) where the used port has not been forwarded correctly. solution would be to forward the used port correctly.

looks, like i have to check the iptables, if I am not totally wrong.
btw. the solution was to configure the new firewall config file :P, which was installed by my server provider, without my notice.
