EURO stands for EUROPEAN. if you are jealous then just make a BR or LATINO Cup.
But a worldcup without europe is not a worldcup and a euro cup with brazils is not a euro cup.
btw. is it a only european cup because copy can't provide lagfree servers for other parts of the world. if brasil joined the cup we would play with ping +200 with you, which is of course inacceptable.
