OfflineIf war mode ist activated the others cannot watch the game while there are dead.
War mode is an option that can be activated just like fog of war. When it is activated, people who are dead and spectating cannot see the map or it's players that are still alive. It prevents people from changing their names to help the remaining players.
For example: name "He's at bomb"
Presuming you know where the bomb is and being able to predict where the enemy could be hiding, that's a great(and unfair) asset to you gameplay. However, with war mode on, that doesn't happen!
As cs 2d freak said "Its for clanwars." It doesn't have to be, but it can.
