It's possible. But the way I think, it would be pretty hard and probably laggy. I'm not going to take on it but generally there should be an image of the dot and the dots are just placed over on screen as hud images and all their positions would have to be saved..

umm Cheater button will make proceed the who is painting. (Vote require)
Word Generator means generate the word but need to be like school not jaszdmtar

I think the word generator not now but u need to enter word u want like
Word :
angry
bird
fear
school
and who guess it, get +1 score painter +1 but painter is once to get.
