it can't. but to skip the usgn check version, just click the leftmouse when it checking!

nope. he's talking about the VERSION check, not about the LOGIN check

Egoist: start CS2D with the commandline parameter -off or -offline (both do the same). note that this will disable all USGN related functionality (serverlist, friends, login).
