Hi all,

I have recently decided to buy a VPS, however there seems to be millions of them all over and I can't make up my mind over which one to buy. I have found ones for 15 USD and some for 100 USD, I am not sure which to get. I don't need anything huge.

If anyone knows a good place to buy a VPS on a month-to-month basis, I would much appreciate an answer.

EDIT: I found this site, turbovps.com, they seem very well priced, do you think they are worth it?

It all depends on your wishes of course. Do you use a lot of traffic, or do you need a lot of RAM? Or maybe you need lots of storage. Do you need a control panel like Plesk or cPanel?

I believe x10vps has reasonable pricing.

I have decided the one I found ( turbovps.com ) has the best price for what I need. I was thinking around 512MB of guaranteed RAM and maybe upto 1024MB burst, a 1.6GHz processor seems to fit the bill for what I need perfectly and decent traffic ( 1TB, perfect for my needs actually ). I just need to get paid ( only a few days from now ) and then I will see if it is even possible to buy them ( I might have the same problems that I had with you ).

Right now I have one VPS in Germany @proplay.biz but I think about buying another VPS in the USA @hostmist.com (just waiting for a promotion ^^)
