its possible? HLTV or something in cs2d???
Like spectate CS2D without starting CounterStrike2D.exe?
I don't know if it's possible, but I do know that something like "CS2DTV" hasn't been released.
For further notice some of these HLTV servers are password protected, not all though because I saw a server that contained a HLTV observer and I played on it and I probably ended up on someones LCD TV screen somewhere in the world while I was playing. But the sad thing is that HLTV observers only spectate one random player all the time, in rare occasions there is a human operating the HLTV angles manually which is fun sometimes but not always.
That is all I know about HLTV(Half-Life TV).

Why they aren't using a computer script? It could randomly choose between players insted of an human doing it

I think it's possible, but DC wont add it for sure!
