Yeah i have same problems, when i take a song or something from itunes and try to put it in my sfx files they dont work on the map? Is it possible to turn them into a WAVE file or something?! please help!

cs2d doesn't support mp3 since 0.1.0.5 (max) anymore. there are many tools to convert audio files. just google it.

I suggest to use ogg instead of wav because ogg works better with cs2d (some wav-formats/codecs don't work) and has a good compression like mp3.

I'd personally choose some type of programme that can convert any type of sound and I searched google for a "free audio converter" and read through one of my search results and uhm...

I kinda liked this one. It will definitly be great to use in CS2D.

I personally use Audacity for all my sound stuff. Also works great on converting .WAVs into those pesky .ogg files that DC left lying around

Ehhh! I wanted this! I wanted to make a disco map at CS2D but I only haved .mp3 files. These files are great!

I downloaded MP3 File Converter Simple and it sucks because we have to buy the pro version or the real version to get unlimited converting. The max file converting is 30 files!

What about Audio Converter, no one even noticed my comment?

Well, I have FL Studio which is also a good converter and does produce sounds which can be used in the maps.
