maybe try running cs2d with one of the -directx bat files

NVM lol i ran it with direct x fine but the sound comes late when i shoot and with other things like when i shoot its like half a sec till i hear the fire sound.
Yeah DirectX normally works, unless if the regular version dosent even start up.

Haha, lol broken function!
some people have delays with some drivers or they just don't hear anything. of course you don't have to change the driver if all the sounds work fine and without delay but some people might have to select another driver.
