I have a little problem, when I fish baits and hooks aren't used...

Someone can tell me il it's a bug or if I do something wrong?
Paper with charcoal can make maps, which are VERY useful, you can also charcoal a map to mark out a point and name it.
paper with gunpowder will get you dynamite, which is PERFECT if you want to get rid of a building, lion/raptor spawner or for cutting trees!

Anyone have a link to a post or download of all the item combination's? Getting annoyed trying to figure them out myself, and being unable to make pick, arbalest, etc.
Search around for the "stranded 2 mod viewer". Download and enjoy, it doesn't need to be re-installed each time because it reads the sys files. It tells you all you need to know about buildings, combinations ect.
Also, with clever reading of the sys files, you can figure out the combinations for everything!
PS. Arbalests suck bslls compared to flintlock pistols, just a barrel of steel and a carved log makes the second best weapon in the game, and if you have any bang mushrooms nearby, you have infinite gunpowder, and if you have coal and iron, steel balls are shit easy to make.

Thanks Charzy for plugging my Stranded II Mod Viewer.
This will load up any mod and show you available combinations, buildings, items, objects and units as well as where to find items (spawned on a tree or found by hitting a bush) not to mention the building tree and few functions to make modding easier. It pretty much does what it says on the tin. Link to forum thread where you download it is the "Stranded II Mod Viewer Creator" banner in my signature.It is quite complete, but still in development, so there's more coming. I should be putting out another update soon as I've changed the settings system to an XML serializable class.

The lines in any script file beginning with '#' are ignored by the games so all the "### (item + item)" lines are there purely for modders' information. Combinations that do not have an amount (such as "req=7") will automatically use '1' as the amount, so this too is fine.

Why a player doesn't use hooks, insect parts and worms by fishing??? I can not fish a fish them because that he doesn't use them.

Use the editor to remove the spawn points!
P.S.S. How can I use a lava table???

How do you harvest the bang mushrooms? I have yet to be able to get close without them exploding all over me.
A simple question:
Is there a map for freestranded01? I'm trying to find a good island to start because the 1st island has lions and infinite water. Its kind of hard to survive and I still see some islands ahead. So is there a map somewhere here?

I sort of edge up to them, like, press W reallr quickly and once, then use the mouse and see if I can pick the powder up, if now, repeat until I can, then press S to get away.
