Yo, I have just encountered a little bug. While I was trying to discover the combination for paper, I have "used" the starch, and got a diary entry. There was no text or anything, just an entry, that was not even marked as one. It was not saved, titled or anything...

But, there was a message "new diary entry".

You can try to fix it if you want.

EDIT:

Whoa, it's a buggy day. 5 minutes ago, have built a torch near the forge, and lit it. I've put some iron on the forge, and the iron got red. The wierd thing is... that the iron got red from the torches' fire.The forge was not set on fire. I think you may want to fix this one as well ;]

Or one pack of ramen noodles with doritoes, and salami all broken up in it, per day, and as far as the stimulant effect goes, I Never Get That High On A Mocha!

Starch error is known, and the forge error has been fixed in the version I'm working on.

I get hungry, thirsty, sleepy, whatnot, waaay too fast. I was on normal difficulty and I had just swam into land and looking for a place to build shelter and I was almost fully hungry. Harder does not mean more realistic.

I haven't changed the rates for hunger\thirst\sleep, besides making jumping more demanding.

Once again, I haven't changed the rates for hunger\thirst\sleep at all. They are still the same as standard S2. What I have changed is how much of your bars food takes away. Perhaps that is the issue you're having?

??? Make sure you're using the newest version (page 41 + the fix on page 43), then build a hammer using stone + branch.

Better drop them on grass near campfire if you drop food on grill food can stuck in campfire

even if it does it will still get cooked and you can pick it up with pickup key (default 'u'). altho i only experienced this problem with steaks. fish, meat and doughs work fine with it

I have problem with a spear. I cant make it.( stone + branch, stone + branch + vine) . When i use stone + branch then i only can do hammer and knife. I' im in the third island of adventure and lions are everywhere. Please help !

unfortunatelly, old combination doesnt exist anymore. to make spear you need iron spearhead and long handle. you can make long handle by combining log with knife. but that means you need to cut a tree or 2 to kill one lion.

its easier to make crossbow. you will need branches, cord, hammer, iron rod and iron bolts. there is a lot of iron on this island so you should be able to make it quickly.

oh and make some more iron bolts as ammunition

Ugh. No, no, no, and no. Did you even try the forging ingame before you set off to find problems in the code?

The 'batch' of items is supposed to be a single item. It cuts down on processing costs when the script runs and it simplifies how many items the player needs to pick up. Only when it is done forging is it turned into an actual stack of 3/16/10 items.

It works fine, it works as I intended, and it works well;
You take soft iron, you combine it with a hammer, you make a 'batch of iron nails (x16)'. It's a single item. You throw that 'batch of iron nails' on the forge. It gets red hot. You douse it with water. It gets turned into an actual stack of x16 iron nails.

All your 'fix' does is give people 10x10, 16x16, and 3x3 the actual amount of items they should get.
