Since I started playing CS2D again, I don't see my profile picture neither from USGN nor from Steam (I play with Steam).
I tried downloading the portable game, logging in and playing.
If you see my profile picture of that method, I don't understand if it's a steam bug, if anyone knows why, please let me know, thanks a lot.

try to delete usgn folder and steam folder if the problem not solved try install cs2d setup exe (i dont know too much methods sorry)
The folders @
gangsta12 is talking about are in your CS2D install folder in
sys/cache/avatars
(I guess you can actually delete that entire folder with all its content)
Also make sure that CS2D isn't blocked by any firewall. Avatar download requires a HTTP (TCP) connection so it's possible that gameplay (UDP) works while HTTP is blocked.
On Windows add a program exception for CS2D.exe to Windows firewall

If you have additional firewalls (software or hardware/router) you might have to add exceptions there as well.

I just tried but it doesn't work, I have added the game in exceptions and both UDP and TCP in the Firewall, I allowed the modem to connect but it still doesn't work.
