FLOOD WARNING: 208.113.198.125 seems to flood msg type playerlist-detailed - ignoring.

this IP Flood my server everyday but I add this ip to Windows Firewall and its useless!

Make sure to setup the firewall correctly. CS2D uses UDP. So TCP rules are useless.
