What about turret range? It looks like they aren't even updated for 1.0.0.3 (still no) The offscreen shooting tactic is key to destroying turrets. However it'd be unfair if turrets could target you offscreen without you even seeing them.

Dynamic camera removes biggest problem of cs2d - borders, now long on de dust2 is really long and you can see far also you need to watch in a directions, make check. Suggestion to crying kids: learn how to play with that and you'll see static camera sucks.

No. Shit no, man. You can already shoot at a turret onscreen while it randomly shoots somewhere else. Would you then further increase the range of turrets? This would ruin construction mode at a minimum. And it would likely make new players puke from motion sickness before they even learn to play. I wouldn't even want this to be optional server-side. There are enough differences in gameplay just from game modes and scripts. We don't need another server filter.

well its a nice idea, but how would it go out? Like would it change the FOV of your camera or change the postiton on the topdown camera.
If you mean the FOV then itll bring a unfair balance to the game, a dude would be able to see 1 mile away while the other one can see only 5 inches. But its a good idea.
