If you have all the data: Just log in and afterwards change the mail to another one. The mail address does not need to work if you have the right login data. If you do NOT have the right data - which seems to be the case:Unfortunately there is no reliable way to prove that the account is really yours! So I'm really sorry to tell you that it is lost. Please stick to the new account that you already created.
