Water is good to drink generally, at any time of the day. I've never heard of anyone eating sugary things for breakfast (unless ur counting all those cereal for kids and whatnot). What you want to consume is a lot of chem. carbohydrates (carbs) as those will give you energy that is needed. Foods that indeed contain them are normally sugars, candies, dried fruit, cereals and various snacks. Though I'd probably look for dishes with flour for example pancakes. Then you can use various kinds of jam which also contains a lot of carbs. If you dislike pancakes, you can eat jam with bread.

P.S. Bagels and potatoes contain a lot of carbs too.

Guess thats not the way you want to die.

Elvis Presley died in the bathroom in Graceland. If you have to die on a toilet - better do it there.

german breakfast is pretty different to british breakfast for example.

We don't eat the Sunday breakfast every day like everyone says we do. I've only ever had it twice due to special occasions. It's presumed the "English breakfast" because of every pub serving it in the morning.

We eat cereal or toast.

@user Rainoth: nah i didnt meant to eat candy as breakfast, it should just be an addition to the usual things he eat. Not even talking about candy alone, he could also eat fruits or drink softdrinks, not too much - just when needed. Else it could be very unhealthy. Best would be to eat usual breakfast and add some sugar to it later while you're at work already.

croissant.
nothing is more delicious and filling than a coffee and a sweet almond croissant. then just eat a soft fruit like a banana or peach.
if you're not into eating sweet things, i would suggest you to boil some eggs and get a normal breakfast filled with cheese, olives and jam.
also if you're in a hurry you can just make a tasty&filling sandwich that has white cheese, salami/ham and some green.
i drink black tea with salty breakfasts.
since i don't really care about healthy stuff at all not always i eat breakfast/add "healthy" stuff but this is just how i roll.

Eat more carbs (cereals, bread and pasta), but keep eating healty, there's also tons of carbs in candies, better avoid these.
Also eat enough proteins, multiply your weight in kilograms by 0.8, that's how much you'll need roughly.
