It looks strange, and it bother you? Maybe you use some lua scripts.

No-no. I never used lua.

it's bother me. Server has got "lags" cuz server is resetting position all players.

cs2d cmd mp_trace is too accurate. Change this setting to a moderate value to make it suitable for players with high pings.

You should use mp_trace 0 to solve the problem but I don't prefer this!
