You upload the files to your webserver using Filezilla (free FTP client).
Yes you can still edit your code trough filezilla, when you close your editor filezilla will prompt to overwrite and save the latest changes. You just press "yes" and the file will be uploaded. Refresh your page afterwards.

filezilla is for uploading your file on your website using IP or HTTP , btw , Host and Port are first think you need to make a web . do you want a web that host servers ??? if that is your idea , you can never have this one ... i can help you on this if you want . Yes , you can edit the HTML everytime you want .

"small correction" Make is a irregular verbe , we can't say Maked , it's Made .

1 ) Get a free web host (Most web hosts suck).

2) Register on their site , then login.

3) Setup your free website subdomain/domain.

4) Once its up they will give you the information for FTP.

5) Open FileZilla , then you enter the information (Hostname,IP,Port (default port for FTP is 21),Password).

6) Transfer your files to your free webhost via Filezilla (Make sure that you have a file "index.html") . Finish the transfer then wait 1 minute ..

7) Open your free website in Internet Explorer 10 and then walla!
