Hello, I searched for this problem in FAQ and in Forum but I didn't find any problems like this.

This may sound weird but I will tell you..

1. I opened my Dedicated Server
2. I closed it.
3. I shutdown my PC.
4. I opened it after a few hours.
5. And somehow my server is still running but my dedicated or anything that runs the server is not online.

I can only control it with RCon I can't shut the server down or anything. It's like magic 24/7..

That. Is not possible.

How about killing proccess in the task manager?

Can other people see the server when your PC is turned off?

Did you really check the Process tab in Task manager?

Have you installed a script that automatically starts up the server when the PC starts or you login?

Your server works if your computer is on.
in windows find a program msconfig and turn off cs2d_dedicated.
