The most of them should work.
well qwertyuiopasdfghjklzxcvbn!@#$%^&*(){}[],.<>/\1234567890 are allowed in cs2d and much much more letters ...

Avo hat geschriebenNo. CS2D supports utf-8 loading from language files. But it doesn't support transfering that strings. Only first 256 characters are supported.
- the following substrings will be stripped:
"*DEAD*"
"(Radio)"
"©"
- the following characters are not allowed:
whitespaces/control sequences (ASCII <32)
¦ (ASCII 166)
, (ASCII 44)
; (ASCII 59)
all chars in the ASCII range 128-160 (inclusive)
- also the game will not allow names which just consist of a number between 1 and 32 and nothing else
windows 7: open start, you see "search programs and files"
type run in that and press enter, type charmap now. Enjoy
