A full list of features would only contain one entry so far, so I'll do it when I have some more.

So far you can assemble your own spaceships out of building parts. You can then pilot them in space.

The whole thing is entirely scripted and based on images and maths. It might be lag-heavy, but that's what beta versions are for. Big thanks to DannyDeth for helping.

There isn't much to do IN space right now, but I'm planning on including my Life Support mod to make space more challenging, as well as some goals and other things such as weapons to make the gameplay more exciting.



Please do leave your feedback about and suggestions for the mod. An open beta test is planned to happen in some days.

Keep it up! And if this is not a secret, can you share your way you did those block to rotate perfectly with the player?

Not really, more like the eponymous Spacebuild for Garry's Mod. This isn't an adventure roguelike. This mod alone is simply a sandbox game mode.

Oh yes sure. Two huge generated image stacks firing generated images at directions updated by an always hook, and calculating when one hits another. In a multiplayer server.

That is definitely planned as part of the roleplay game mode. I am generally planning on having two modes - sandbox and roleplay, with sandbox being the just for fun building mode and roleplay being the 'serious' one.

Hopefully, I'll have to think about the implementation for obvious reasons though (see user Alistaire's post).

Right now they are just for show, but that is a nice idea. I'll probably implement the mechanism to have different damage resistance levels for different blocks.

Ignoring your post means I have a life. It's fairly basic maths, so why don't you try figuring it out on your own. You only ever truly learn what you have figured out yourself.
