if you can help it. stay away from penguins pit. hes a fag imo and jus trying to farm hosting hours.
As for chingy or w.e jus check the server list on the website or on the website itself.. itll tell you when there is ppl on..

You're going to be lagging badly, I get 3mb/s and I still lag a bit.
The Quick Match servers are mostly for players without an account. They can play only there without having one.
