Sorry, my mistake. Yes, you are right. Removing the special characters from the filenames solved it. Czech and Brazilian language files also have special characters in their names, but they don't seem to cause any problem. Not for me, at least. Those characters don't show up properly in the dropdown box, though.

I am happy, anyway, since it works for me now, thanks.

Thanks for reporting. I didn't test that on Linux. I'll simply remove all those special characters from the file names for the next release.

I and others players can't change the name in the game, EG: change to "Killer","other", and the name will change to "Player" =l

Edit: I guess the sounds have to be a format of 32 bits, those sounds are 16 bits.

Yes, change the wav encoding. Not all encodings are supported. Or use ogg. It should always work.

timer with 1 second interval takes forever 2 finish for some reason.

i don't know why this is happend, i was hosting and i left it about 30minutes and it says

ctf_cs2dfortress crashes with advanced shadows turned on.
gives exception access violation and crashes on 'loading lightmap'
