At unlimited construction, when you buy the satchel charge, you can only explode the first one you throw.
After that one explodes, no more ''Boom''.

Then you try to activate 2nd satchel.(Ofc on the UNLIMITED CONSTRUCTION, bug seems to be only there)
With unlimited construction try and build mines, it seems you can't build any more than three. Yet you still hold one. This probably has the same effect with the Satchel Charges.

Because that's what I think it is.
And yes, i noticed that on some old scripts i had, still the weapons work fine on normal servers.

The Script makes that you get always 5 Satchels but just one trigger. So you can let explode the first Satchel but not the other 4. For the others you must buy again 4 until
it says "You can´t carry more of that!".
The satchel charge worked for me, the server just suck, try your own one, and of course disable scripts
