There are 2 possible reasons.

1. Your computer sucks.

He's obviously using a toaster connected to dial-up.
Three ideas...not sure if they were already suggested, but I don't really care either way.

• Heavy armor could actually be heavy- as in slow down the player a bit or something like that.

• When the player places their crosshair on someone equipped with stealth armor, the info field showing that player's name can be transparent or even slighty fade in and out like the stealth armor.

• Using the "Enemy Spotted" radio message when there are enemies in view could make them appear on the radars of your teammates (until they move out of sight, of course). Spamming it when there are no enemies or the enemies are already spotted can be punishable (prevent spammer from using radio, kill, kick, etc).

Oh and will appending text via paste instead of replacing be possible?

Have any of you noticed that when you spectate and press and hold mouse2(right click + hold), it actually magnifies into that spot. I think that should be the scope for the awp scout and so on. Ibstead of having some circle area, make it the screen with that magnify. It makes more sense instead of having some black screen covering you with a hole in the middle.
