Use WINRAR and put it into a .zip
.BMP is a suckish format, the file size is way too big.
PNG is a lossless format. It does not pixelize anything. You sir, made it into a .jpg (which is not lossless) and claim, that it is a .png. That's like saying apples are pears. Which they are not.

it isnt about how image is big, i am talking about the size (kb,b,mb).
Anyway, if he chose the wrong format. The image quality would suck one way or another.
He should choose another format, change this damn title. And except that his render sucks.

ever heard about PMs (private messages)? this board supports them! http://www.unrealsoftware.de/pm.php a thread with the title "Message for DC" is either not a thread or it has the wrong title! BMP is not used on the internet because it's too fucking huge (zero compression). it would take forever to upload screens with it (on most connections). believe me: you don't want to upload BMP files! I'll not add BMP support just because you are not able to convert BMP to PNG/JPG properly or to read what the website says. Also it's waste of traffic that I have to pay. PNG is lossless but you probably did it wrong OR you ignored the message which says that all images with a filesize OVER 100kb will be compressed automatically (which results in a lower quality)
please read before you create annoying rage threads. those threads lead to a bad atmosphere. they are not cool.
edit:
oopps. I should have taken a look at your file first. you clearly used JPG and not PNG which - of course - leads to a bad quality for pixel images. especially when you use paint to save your file which was probably the case.
please google for paint.net or gimp. two tools which are better than paint. there are also many free conversion tools which create better PNG/JPG files.
