Looks like a router configuration interface. It says that you have to set up and configure a virtual server, so the WWW can communicate through the router / firewall with your computer or acces other services in your LAN (printers, storage whatev).

Protocole: Here you have to define, for which kind of protocol the rule shall be valid. Some routers allow to route a port for all protocols. If not, you will have to find out which one you need for your application. Common protocol for games is UDP.

Nom: Here you can enter a name for that rule.

Adresse IP: The LAN internal IP of the computer to which the WAN-Port shall be routed.

Port Commun: Ok, that one I don't get. Usually one only has to set WAN and LAN ports. In this case - I guess - you can also chose from this pull-down menu the most common ports, which then sets the WAN and LAN ports automatically.

Statut: You can turn the rule off an on here - so you don't have to delete the rule, once you don't need it for a while.

Port WAN: The port under which your server shall be accessible from the WWW.

Port LAN: The port to which the connection shall be routed. In most cases, WAN and LAN ports are the same.

When you're done, press "appliquer" so the options take affect.

I didn't quite understand what exactly your problem is, so I tried to explain as much as possible

No you can't make servers with that. But if you're hosting an online game on your pc and you want others be able to join, you have to set up the router. For that exact purpose your router offers the possibility of setting up virtual servers. If you don't know what virtual servers are used for you don't need them.
