Your poll was asking "A setting for how quick a building upgrades?" Which, just affects the time it takes the player to upgrade a supply into a "supply supply".

I play cs2d 2 yearsand i can say i am "PRO" i cna dodge RPGs but it is too easy to play. the game dont need nay skill or something you just pick aim and shot. Easy, doesnt it ?
It is 100 times easyer to pick up rpg and kill someone than pick up m4 or degle or something and kill someone.
This thing just fucked up whole construction gameplay and i hope it'll get removed

I gave 3 alternatives to getting rid of super supplies.
1. Don't play on a server with super supplies
2. Learn how to play with super supplies
3. When you host your own server, disable them.
If you, people, don't have the intelligence to just stay off servers that have things that you don't like, that's saying something.
You implied that there is more percentage of users that want the super supply to stay,The RPG specifically.
What if DC adds lasers to the supply?
What if people approve that too?
What if DC adds hacking as an optional thing,And people like it too?
What if DC adds Supah dupah supply which gives Lasers and super armor?
People will love all that but is that good for a tactical shooter?
It is a friggin game that needs balancing and this little "feature" is making the game much more easier for the newbs
Its not about skill or well planned construction anymore
its all about who makes the super supply fastest and then pwn the player who are also newbs or joined recently in the server.AWP has no use now because of the armor and its pointless to even try to dodge the projectile as it causes an explosion which has an area of effect.
If you really want these things to stay then I really cannot blame the hackers for hacking the game because the people themselves do not know what is fucking good for the GAME!
And, you don't have to play on a server with super supplies. If you don't like super supplies and choose to go to a server with them, DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT IT.

So its actually safe to add them ingame even though it would ruin the game which is the RPG is doing.

If your so idiotic as to go to a server that has elements that you do not like and stay there, don't complain when things on that server are not to your liking.
I like playing on servers with super supplies, but I don't like the idea that server "Must" have RPGs or it wont have supplies at all, some Con servers are ruined because of that, and also, with RPGs, the game play looses almost all the strategy, as most said, random shooting, and you score the frag..
Hope that changes, and that there is command for disabling and enabling it.
P.S. For haters: If you like playing with RPGs, play on maps with "RPG"s I don't care, but if you don't want the simple "disable/enable" command, then you really like to spray and pray with RPG (a noobs way) also, we don't need your opinion at all, as your post have no sense at all, "We" are asking DC to place 1 simple command not to change the game so it doesn't have RPGs.

Those Arguing To Get the Super Supply out Are Normally People trying to Brag that they are "Pro" And taking Advantage of this Debate to Make People regard them as "Pro"s , They get Pretty Mad at New Players Using the RPG , They Interpret "Pro" as Lasering Masses of Easy bots While Having Super Armor , and frankly , They Just Started Playing CS2D
Those That are on the side of not removing Super supplies are Mostly the Far and few Mainline Veterans , They Know how to Dodge RPG's properly And don't Whine Like Some Kid with a Tummyache When they get Killed By a RPG rocket , They Also Accept New Players Using RPGs , as EVERYBODY always Start from the Lowest
TL : DR If you Hate the Super Supply so much , Why don't you shut up And Stop Running into Construction Servers Expecting no Super Supplies and Start Playing Standard or Team deathmatch instead? Complaining about RPGs in construction mode is Just Practically Saying "I am an Idiot"
