9 Antworten Well heres my issue. My computer is more than powerful enough to run this game on max but it stutters on medium settings. I'm not sure what the issue is. I have Vista 64-bit and here are my specs.
8 GB Ram
AMD Phenom 9750 Quad-Core Processor
ATI Radoen 4650 are you playing any mods? ive found certain mods cause lag. At first I thought that too because I was using Massive Mod but then I went and played without it but still insanely laggy. I have lag too when everything is on max but in other games like Gothic 3 with all maxed i don't have lag.My PC is AMD Athlon X3 425 @2.7 GHz,4GB RAM,1 GB VideoCard,1TB HDD,Windows 7 Ultimate 64BIT. Easy
Run in compatability mode and bam
BTW I dont think S2 is a 64 bit application I'm already running it in compatibility mode for XP so I tried 2000 and still no luck Try 95?
you should have stated that long ago have you tryed to take away that little tick under options -> graphics -> 2D Postprocessing ? All I can say is; Try turning the graphics down some. But if its not running at 3/4FPS you shouldent complane, becuse my PC is that crappy, on Medum. Well I can run everything on max now but I have to turn off fog and 2d postprocessing. I also have to turn water detail down to low. It'll work but I'm still curious why I have to do that.
