Hello. This is my very first skin. I only uploaded it because i thought it looked good.
There's not much to say about it. It's just the RED Intelligence from Team Fortress 2.

I'd give it a 3...and I'll rate it higher if he makes it top-down when planted rather then like it is now...it really does look like a wallet.

I can't really make it a flag, because the flag waves. It would look strange if a briefcase was waving

Since it's something like a flag in TF2 (never played it before). You should make it as a flag instead of C4..

Nice, for the equip it should be in gfx/equipment.bmp which should have the Bomb, Nightvision, and the defuse kit in it.

I think the hand image is too small but skin is good

Honestly this would have been better for replacing the red teams flag in CTF A blue intel for the blue flag would make it a complete pack.

As for the bomb I think the Payload bomb cart would have been better but over all this is pretty good.
