this is my VERY FIRST scope so dont expect it to be good unlike my tactical sheild it sucked like hell so i thought of rather making scopes witch im better at

as always please rate it with the deserving rating
and honestly i took about 2 hours on this

thanks i know it kinds sucks as a first scope but one question
HOW DO I MAKE EFFECTS!?
in gimp i only know a few but it isint really an effect like i wanna make the ring of the scope have some blur but cant please gimmie a tool other than GIMP
hmmm photoshop PS?
but i have to buy it!

Not bad, you worked on it, next time try making it symmetrical (some details fail a bit) and you can try adding shades with programmes like PS or Gimp (free)
